designed systems require periodic Preventative Maintenance or
system problems can be resolved over the telephone. However,
if field service is required, we will coordinate your service
call and have an authorized JETEC service technician
contact you within 24 hours from the time of your call. You

Request Form to request field service support.

a wide range of support services to minimize production downtime
caused by a JETEC system:
Maintenance Training: On-site or factory hands-on training
of maintenance personnel on the proper troubleshooting and
preventative maintenance techniques.
System Warranties: All JETEC systems are shipped
with a one-year parts and labor warranty. Extended warranties
are also available.
Maintenance (PM) Service Agreements: JETEC offers
Annual, BI-Annual and Quarterly PM maintenance agreements
to ensure your systems are operating at factory specifications.
Service Agreement: This is an add-on for customers with
active PM service agreements. A JETEC service technician
will service your system as required. Eliminates need for
service purchase orders and covers all parts up to $1,500
Equipment: In some cases, JETEC can offer loaner
equipment in the event your equipment must be returned for
servicing. Includes bar code readers, vision systems, ink
jet printers and thermal transfer label printers.
Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
are used to identify and describe the hazards of a particular
material, and to provide information on how such a material
can be handled, used, stored and disposed of safely.
